Our facilitator will customize a program that will meet your specific goals and objectives. Build a stronger team that will soar to new heights, interacting with an invigorating sense of enthusiasm and commitment, encouraging teamwork. Team building issues, such as communication, creative problem solving, appropriate risk-taking strategies, stress reduction and many other professional developmental themes are addressed when using the course to further your organization’s goals.

The Florida FFA Leadership Training Center has a fully enclosed paintball course! We will work with our professional paintball facilitators to tailor a special program to build a better team for you. Paintball is a sport in which players, usually two opposing teams, eliminate opponents from play by hitting them with dye-filled, breakable, oil and gelatin paintballs usually shot from a carbon dioxide or compressed air (Nitrogen) powered "paintball marker.” Players compete for a specified objective, such as retrieving a flag, eliminating a specific player, or other paintball variations. Depending on the style of paintball played, a paintball game can last from seconds to days. Paintball is a great team-building sport - fast-paced and exciting for players and spectators! Our permanent course is available for individuals (minimum of 8) and groups of any size up to 100 people.
