Job Purpose: Perform food and beverage special events set up, break down, and meal service all while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner.
Set up, monitor, refresh, and break down catered events according to group requirements and management direction. Set up for events by arranging tablecloths and place settings, positioning table placement, and setting up a buffet. Maintains a professional appearance, attitude, and performance. Ability to complete tasks individually and work in a team environment. Assist with other duties or departments as assigned by the supervisor to ensure optimum service to guests.
