We are looking for an energetic Conference Service Representative (Guest Service) to apply a smile and friendly attitude while interacting with guests and create a welcoming environment to promote a positive outcome in guest satisfaction. 

As a guest service representative, you will represent the retreat center to the guests throughout all stages of the guest’s stay by working with all personnel to ensure every guest experiences superior customer care. Assist with other duties or departments as assigned by the supervisor to ensure optimum service to guests.
