Job Purpose:  Perform food and beverage special events set up, break down, and on-site restaurant meal service all while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly, and efficient manner.

Set up, monitor, refresh, and break down catered events according to group requirements and management direction. Set up for events by arranging tablecloths and place settings, positioning table placement, and setting up a buffet or platted meal at the on-site restaurant. Maintains a professional appearance, attitude, and performance. Ability to complete tasks individually and work in a team environment. Assist with other duties or departments as assigned by the supervisor to ensure optimum service to guests.

We are looking for a hotel/retreat center Housekeeper with the motivation to perform detailed cleaning and set exceptional standards for room and property cleanliness.  Respond to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner, consistently offering professional, friendly, and engaging service. 

Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas and assisting with other duties or departments as assigned by the supervisor to ensure optimum service to guests.  Ability to complete tasks individually and work in a team environment.

We are looking for an energetic Conference Service Representative (Guest Service) to apply a smile and friendly attitude while interacting with guests and create a welcoming environment to promote a positive outcome in guest satisfaction. 

As a guest service representative, you will represent the retreat center to the guests throughout all stages of the guest's stay by working with all personnel to ensure every guest experiences superior customer care. Assist with other duties or departments as assigned by the supervisor to ensure optimum service to guests.

We are looking for a professional line cook whose duties will consist of assisting the head chef with their daily tasks. Your job tasks will revolve around proper food handling, food preparation and production, and ensuring cleanliness. You will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction. Our menus vary from plated and buffet, corporate guests, Summer camp, and Food trailers on and offsite.
